Jill instructed me with my dog at the beach in San Diego.  She was very confident and made me feel at ease to be with my dog in the waves.  After a few practice sessions on the sand we were ready for some still water on the board in the bay.  She said my dog was a natural when we saw she kept jumping back on to the board ready for more.  We had a blast with our very first surf session with Jill.

As long time surf dog owners participating in many surf contests we met with Jill, an instructor with the surf dog association. We wanted to get some professional advice on starting our new dog, Rocket, to surf.  Our new dog was not a "natural" and needed some extra pointers.  Jill was more than happy to help and just after the one day spent with her, Rocket gained the focus and instruction he needed to be more proficient at surfing, almost as well as our first surf dog.  Thanks Jill! 

My dog Koa loves the beach and being in the water so much she tells me about with a great deal of enthusiasm as soon as we even get close to the beach. I wanted to add surfing with her to our fun times.  So, I enlisted the instructors with the Surf Dog Association to teach us to surf together.  Koa learned so quickly to balance and stay on the board with their expertise.  We now have a blast together surfing and even winning contests!
